Your wine rack will only require wall fixing to the wall if the height exceeds 1000mm. It’s important to note that all weight remains on the footprint and the wall fixings are for stability only. The only exception to this rule is the stakrax system where you can build the rack at a width of a single bottle. All our DIY Kits come in flat packs including instructions for you to put the wine rack together yourself.

Yes, all of our DIY wine racks come with a full set of assembly instructions.

No, our wine racks are very simple to install and some require basic house hold tools. Should you require assistance onsite then we would recommend engaging a local handy man or builder to assist.

The barrels are made from seasoned American oak from used port barrels.

The barrels are hand crafted in South Africa.

Yes All barrels come with simple easy to use instructions.

You can use a cheap bulk Port/fortified, as the oak will carry out the maturation process. Bulk port is available from a number of wineries that sell port

Yes we do! Although most people will put only port into the barrels the instructions offer some suggested port blends.

There are three ways you can deposit wine or ADD to your collection:

Wine Drop offs

You can drop off wine at our facilities yourself during normal business hours. NO appointment is necessary.

Wine Deliveries

Our staff can receive wine deliveries on your behalf during our normal business hours. Please ensure the delivery is addressed to our Osborne Park Warehouse where your wine is stored and is marked with both your FULL NAME and CLIENT NUMBER. Any wine received will appear on your next Wine In report if you have nominated for your wine to be catalogued.

Wine Collections

We offer a wine collection service, contact us and make a booking, please note that a minimum of 2 days’ notice is required, and that collection appointments are subject to availability.

Once an order is sent to us your credit card number is stored in an encrypted format in a password protected area until processed and deleted.

You will not be charged until your order has been processed by our warehouse and your order is ready to be shipped.

Our policy is to despatch all orders within one working day (in some cases same day) of receiving the order. Estimated delivery times within Australia are approximately 3 to 7 working days for standard rate of delivery.
